- Visit your purchase history and follow the steps outlined the article.
- Then, report a problem with the Cloud Academy App and request a refund if it’s appropriate.
- Apple should respond to your inquiry and should be able to further assist with your request for a refund.
To request a subscription refund:

- Submit a refund request to our Support Team.
