If you have a personal account, you can easily migrate it to Team or Enterprise plans and still maintain your progress and data; nothing will be lost.
If you have already joined an enterprise subscription and created a corporate account in Cloud Academy, this process can't be applied. In this case, you can't migrate the progress anymore.
To get started, you will need to make sure that your organization sends you an invitation for their Team or Enterprise program to your company email address.
- Login in with your personal account (very important!).
If you have an active subscription, you will need to terminate it prior to migrating the account. To terminate your subscription, contact Customer Support.
- Once you receive the invitation in your company mailbox for joining your organization in the Team or Enterprise program, click on the invitation link you received by email.
- The site will ask you to confirm the migration of your personal account under the organization group.
- Confirm it by clicking on "Join My Team". That's it.
Important: By clicking “Join My Team,”, the email of your personal Cloud Academy account will be updated to match the email used by your company administrator to invite you to the Team or Enterprise account. If you were already using the company email for your personal account, step 3 is automatic: you will automatically join your Cloud Academy company account.
