If you have an individual Cloud Academy account, you can easily migrate it to your organization's Enterprise plan while maintaining your progress and data; nothing will be lost.
To get started, you will need to make sure that your organization sends you an invitation for their Team or Enterprise program to your company email address.
- Log in with your personal account (very important!).
If you have an active subscription, you will need to terminate it prior to migrating the account. To terminate your subscription, contact Customer Support.
- Once you receive the invitation to join your organization's Enterprise program in your company email, click on the invitation link you received in the email.
- You will be asked to confirm the migration of your personal account to the Enterprise account.
- Confirm it by clicking Join My Team. That's it!
Important: By clicking Join My Team, the email of your personal Cloud Academy account will be updated to match the email address used by your company administrator to invite you to the Team or Enterprise account. If you were already using the company email for your personal account, you will not need to click Join My Team—you will automatically join your Cloud Academy company account.

Note: A previous Enterprise subscription with another organization may not be migrated to a new Enterprise subscription.
