Sometimes users start with a personal Cloud Academy account that changes to an enterprise account later. For example, a company might ask an individual to start a personal account to evaluate Cloud Academy to help in deciding to make a corporate purchase. When the company decides to go forward with the enterprise account, that personal account can be converted to an enterprise account. You can choose whether to keep the user's previously progress after conversion.

Rarely, an enterprise account may change to a personal account. When this happens, the system does not keep the user's progress. A user who is going to lose access to an enterprise account but wants a record of their Cloud Academy progress can download their own certifications. A team manager or administrator can also download reports related to that user's progress.
