Sometimes users start with a personal Cloud Academy account that changes to an enterprise account later. For example, a company might ask an individual to start a personal account to evaluate Cloud Academy. When the company decides to go forward with an enterprise subscription, you can upgrade the personal account to an enterprise account.
In other cases, an enterprise has or hires an employee who already had an individual Cloud Academy account. The enterprise can bring the individual account in to the enterprise to maintain the member's history. Simply invite the individual user to the enterprise and the system converts the account automatically. See Adding a Member Who Already Has a Personal Account.
Rarely, an enterprise account may change to a personal account. When this happens, you can contact customer support to maintain the progress you achieved in your enterprise account after the conversion.
In either event, you should contact support@cloudacademy.com to convert the account.
Tip: It's a good idea to also download the certificates you have earned as you prepare for the account conversion.
