Cloud Academy tests to make sure the product works optimally in the latest versions of the following browsers:
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, the features of the product will work but you may encounter some minor display issues.
For other browsers or older versions of these browsers, features may behave unexpectedly. If you are having issues, upgrading your browser is a good place to start troubleshooting. If the issues continue, you can contact the Customer Support team.
Note: Because hands-on labs and lab challenges incorporate tasks you complete within other products, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, those features have their own specific minimum system requirements.
