The team member survey solution lets you survey your team members when they complete a learning path. You might use this survey to gather team members' feedback on a learning path you create in Content Engine, for example. This solution is available to enterprise accounts.

How the Survey Solution Works
With this solution, team members receive an email with a link to the survey as soon as they complete the learning path you specify. The solution continues to send the survey email to any team members who complete the learning path for as long as the solution is running.
This solution uses SurveyMonkey to host the survey. You can create a survey in your own SurveyMonkey account or you can send your questions to Cloud Academy to create a survey on your behalf in our account.
If you use your own account, you can log in to SurveyMonkey to see the survey results at any time. If you use the Cloud Academy account, your CSM will send you the survey results periodically.
Setting Up the Survey Solution
To start sending surveys to your team members, you need:
- The name of the learning path. When team members complete the learning path, the solution sends the survey email.
- The survey questions. If you host the survey in your own SurveyMonkey account, you create the survey there and share the response collection URL with your CSM. If you choose to use the Cloud Academy SurveyMonkey account, send the questions you want to ask to your CSM to set up in SurveyMonkey for you.
Tip: We recommend keeping the survey simple. SurveyMonkey supports sophisticated logic in surveys, which is probably too much complexity for this purpose.
- The text you want to appear in the survey email that the solution sends. Cloud Academy offers a default template that you can use as-is or customize to your needs.
