This Policy is effective for all subscriptions purchased from August 2014 and beyond.
It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your subscription. This page summarizes all current refund policies in effect. We always want you to be happy with your Cloud Academy experience. If you need assistance for any reason, please contact our Customer Support team so we can work to resolve your issue.
- Payments are non-refundable and we cannot issue refunds for partially unused periods. If you decide to leave during your trial or subscription, you must cancel your membership prior to its expiration date. This is the only way to avoid charges for auto renewal.
- When a subscription is canceled, your account will remain active for the duration of your paid period. We do not issue prorated refunds.
Please note: If no action is taken during your free trial or subscription, your account will automatically renew its membership at the rate selected when you signed up. There are no additional fees for canceling.
Cloud Academy will never charge you unless you voluntarily enter your payment details on our payment page.
