Cloud Academy wants you to be completely satisfied with your subscription! If you need technical support or training assistance, please contact our Customer Support team and we will gladly work with you. In the event that a refund is requested, please note:
- We will gladly provide a full refund within 5 days of a transaction if the trial was skipped or no content was used during this time.
- If you meant to purchase a Monthly subscription, but accidentally purchased an Annual subscription, we will gladly convert your subscription to a monthly plan and issue a refund for the difference.
- If you decide to leave during your active trial or subscription period, you must cancel your membership prior to its expiration date, otherwise, you will be charged per the terms of service.
- When an active subscription is canceled, your account will remain active for the duration of your paid period. No refund will automatically be given. You can contact support if it is within the first 5 days of a new Monthly Personal subscription, or within the 30 days of a new Annual Personal subscription to request a refund.
