To cancel a subscription, you need to cancel automatic renewal. However, the subscription you’ve purchased will remain active until it reaches its expiration date. For example, if you choose to cancel your yearly subscription, it will remain active until the end of your subscription period.
To cancel your subscription:
- Login to your account.
- Under the profile menu, go to Account Settings > Subscription.
- Click Cancel my subscription on your profile settings
4. Confirm you want to proceed.
5. Respond to our final survey and select the reason why you want to cancel.
6. Click on "Cancel my Cloud Academy subscription".
There is no minimum activation period for the subscription. There are no costs to unsubscribe.
