When users have problems signing in, one of the following is often the cause:
- You're not using the email address associated with your Cloud Academy account.
Tip: If you signed up for a Cloud Academy trial but then used a different email address to upgrade your subscription, make sure you're using the email address you used to upgrade.
- You're on the sign-up page instead of the Cloud Academy login page. Click Login to get to the correct page.
- You work for an enterprise that has set up SSO with your network credentials. Click Login with SSO to access the enterprise login screen. If that doesn't work, contact your local administrator.
