To downgrade your current subscription, please follow the steps below.
3. Select your new plan and checkout
Note1: if you downgrade your current membership, our subscription system takes into account the amount you originally paid and the amount of the new subscription and it considers the length of time spent on your current billing cycle. Based on these calculations, you will be credited for the subscription downgrade.
Note2: if you subscribed a yearly plan, you can't downgrade to a monthly plan before 10 months.
