Cloud Academy customers can create custom Training Plans within Content Engine.
- Log in with your Cloud Academy Administrator account.
- Select Content Engine under your company dropdown menu.
- Select Training Plans on the top menu.
- Select Create located below the user picture.
5. On the next form, select if you want to create a Training Plan from scratch or from an already existing one.
fill out all the information about your Training Plan, including:
6. Click on Add Steps to add new Learning Paths or Exams to your Training Plan
7. Search and select the Learning Paths you want to add:
Click on Complete Selection when ready.
8. Drag steps to change order or click on the X next to remove them:
NOTE: Learning Paths highlighted in yellow are not published. In order to be able to publish the Training Plan make sure all steps are published.
Click SAVE on the top-right corner when you are happy with the current selection.
9. You can now select the Training Plan on the list and publish it through the Action menu.
The Training Plan is now available to be assigned all teams in the company.
