- Have a clearer picture of the skills present in your company
- Confirm the effectiveness of training.
- Compare teams against each other. This can be useful to engage users.
- Compare multiple skills. For example check AWS, Azure, GCP in a single graph.
- See how skills distribute across your company.
- Scout talented people that are proficient in a specific area or fit for certain job roles or specific projects.
Use the top bar to:
- Select the target, entire company or a specific team.
- How to segment the data, by platform, team, etc. etc.
By default the system selects the top 3 segments, You can add/remove the segments that are limited to a top number of 5.
Use the left bar to navigate through the skills.
