GDPR regulations entitle users to request their account details be removed from Cloud Academy. Use the following steps to request your account data be removed:
- From the dashboard, hover your mouse over your profile picture or initials in the upper right corner and choose Settings from the menu that appears.
The Subscription screen appears.
- Click the Account option in the left navigation.
The Account screen appears.
Tip: You can also click this link to the Account screen to go there directly.
- Click the No I'm sure, please delete all my data link at the bottom of the screen.
The system creates a data deletion request for our internal team to process. In accordance with GDPR regulations, it may take up to 60 days for the data to be removed.
Important: If you have a paid, active subscription, the deletion process will terminate it and you will NOT receive a refund according to our refund policy.
