GDPR regulations entitle users to request their account details be removed from Cloud Academy. Use the following steps to request your account data be removed.
Note: Only the accountholder can perform this procedure. In other words, you must complete these steps yourself; customer support cannot complete them for you.
- From the dashboard, hover your mouse over your profile picture or initials in the upper right corner and choose Account Settings from the menu that appears.
The Account Settings screen appears, open to the Edit profile info tab.
- Click Settings in the navigation bar on the left.
The Settings screen appears.
- Click the No I'm sure, please delete all my data link at the bottom of the screen.
The platform creates a data deletion request for our internal team to process. In accordance with GDPR regulations, it may take up to 60 days for the data to be removed.
Important: If you have a paid, active subscription, the deletion process will terminate it and you will NOT receive a refund according to our refund policy.
