Yes, you can reassign up to 25% of your total content-access licenses.
Removing Content Access to Make a License Available
You purchase a number of licenses for members who access the content in the training library. However, you have an unlimited number of free licenses for members who do not access content. See Licenses and Roles for more information.
You can remove a member's content access to release their license to assign to another member. See How to Change a Member's Content Access for step-by-step instructions.
Deleting a Member to Make a License Available
You can also delete a member from your account to release their license. Deleting a member removes their data from your analytics and reporting, as well as prevents the user from logging in to Cloud Academy.
Important: Since deleting a member has broader consequences, we recommend removing a user's content access instead whenever reassigning the license is your primary goal.
Once you have released and reassigned 25% of your total content-access licenses, you cannot reassign any more during your license period. Contact your CSM or see Options for Buying Cloud Academy Licenses if you need to add additional licenses.
