This article covers the features of the Reports screen. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.

The Reports screen is where you can download reports about training activity and usage.
To navigate to this screen from the dashboard, hover over your company name in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Reports from the menu that appears.
In the left-hand navigation, Reports appears nested under Intelligence.
How to Run Reports
- The configuration tool at the top of the screen lets you control whose data you see in the reports. Click the tab to choose whether you want to run the reports for the whole Company, a Team, or a Member. If you choose Teams or Members, you can navigate to the team or member you want or use the search field.
- If you run the Member Usage Summary reports, you can also choose the date range of the data to include in the reports. Choose the date range you want to include.
- To run the reports, you click the Generate CSV or Generate XLSX button beneath the type of report you want to run.
Generating the report can take several minutes. You can stay on this page until the button changes, or watch your email for the system-generated message that says the report is ready.
- Once the report is generated, the button changes to say Download CSV or Download XLSX. Click the button to download the report to your browser's download folder.
