This article discusses the Training Plan Consumption report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.

Training Plan Consumption Report
The Training Plan Consumption report shows the Training Plans that have been assigned to users. You can run the report to contain data for your entire company, for a particular team, or for a particular user.
The report contains a row for instance of a Training Plan being assigned to a user and contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
name |
The name of the user who was assigned the Training Plan. Users may appear in multiple rows of this report if they have been assigned multiple Training Plans. Users who have never been assigned a Training Plan do not appear in the report. |
The email address of the user. |

user_id |
[deprecated] A numeric user ID. This column is no longer supported and is planned for removal from the report. |
UID |
The unique identifier of the user. |
content_type |
This column always contains training plan in this report. |
content_title |
The name of the Training Plan. |
content_url |
The file location of the Training Plan. |
assignment_id |
A unique identifier for the Training Plan assignment to this user. |
progress |
The user's percent complete for this Training Plan. Note: You see this same progress percentage on the management dashboard. |
assignment_status |
The status of the Training Plan for this user. Values include:

assignment_type |
An indicator of whether the Training Plan was assigned to a team or an individual member. |
team |
If the Training Plan was assigned to a team, this column contains the team name. If the Training Plan was assigned to an individual member, this field is empty. If the Training Plan was assigned to a team while the member was a part of the team, but then the member left the team, this field contains N/A. |
assigner |
The user who assigned the Training Plan. |
user_role |
If the Training Plan was assigned to a team, this column contains the role of the user within the team. |
average_score |
The user's average score of all the exams within the learning paths within the Training Plan. |
start_date |
The start date and time of the Training Plan. This is the same date for all team members, regardless of when the user actually begins training. The time is in UTC. |
due_date |
The due date and time of the Training Plan. The time is in UTC. |
completed_date |
The date and time the user completed the Training Plan. The time is in UTC. If the user did not yet complete the Training Plan, this column is empty. |
pace_offset |
If the user is ahead of or behind pace to complete the Training Plan by the due date, this column indicates how far ahead or behind the user is. If the user is on pace, this column contains On track. |
pace_offset_numerical |
The same value as the pace_offset column, expressed numerically as a number of days. If the user is behind pace, this value appears as a positive number. If the user is ahead of pace, this value appears as a negative number. If the user is on pace, a zero appears in this column. |
steps_count |
The number of steps in the Training Plans. Usually the number of steps indicates the number of learning paths in the Training Plan. Note: The value in this field is 0 for Training Plans created before April 2020. |
completed_steps_count |
The number of steps that the user has completed. |
last_activity_date |
The most recent date the user was active on this Training Plan. If the user has not started the Training Plan, this column is empty. Tip: You can use this column to identify users who haven't started Training Plans. |
