This article discusses the Training Plan Progress report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.

Training Plan Progress Report
The Training Plan Progress report shows the Training Plans that have been assigned to users. You can run the report to contain data for your entire company, for a particular team, or for a particular user.
The report contains a row for each instance of a Training Plan being assigned to a user. It includes Training Plans in the following statuses: active, archived, and completed. Deleted and inactive Training Plans are excluded from this report.
If a team manager runs this report, it includes all Training Plan assignments for their team members, even those assigned by a different person.
This report contains the following columns:
A unique identifier for the Training Plan assignment to this user.
The unique identifier of the user.
|User External SSO Id
If your account uses SSO, this field contains the unique identifier you mapped in your SSO settings. Otherwise, this field is blank.
The email address of the user.
|Assignment internal id
Whereas the value in the Assignment key column is unique across all types of Training Plan assignments, this value identifies the Training Plan assignment within the type (team, member, or self-assignment).
The name of the Training Plan.
An indicator of whether the Training Plan was assigned to a team or an individual member.
If the Training Plan was assigned to a team, this column contains the team's name. If the Training Plan was assigned to an individual member, this field is empty. If the Training Plan was assigned to a team while the member was a part of the team, but then the member left the team, this field contains N/A.
The status of the Training Plan for this user. Values include:
|User assignment progress
The user's percent complete for this Training Plan. Note: You see this same progress percentage on the management dashboard.
|Pace Offset Days
If the user is ahead of or behind pace to complete the Training Plan by the due date, this column indicates how far ahead or behind the user is. If the user is behind pace, this value appears as a positive number. If the user is ahead of pace, this value appears as a negative number. If the user is on pace, a zero appears in this column.
|User assignment average score
The user's average score of all the exams within the learning paths within the Training Plan.
The email address of the user who assigned the Training Plan.
|User assignment start date
The start date and time of the Training Plan. This is the same date for all team members, regardless of when the user actually begins training. The time is in UTC.
|User assignment last activity date
The most recent date the user was active on this Training Plan. If the user has not started the Training Plan, this column is empty. Tip: You can use this column to identify users who haven't started Training Plans.
|User assignment due date
The due date and time of the Training Plan. The time is in UTC.
|User assignment completed date
The date and time the user completed the Training Plan. The time is in UTC. If the user did not yet complete the Training Plan, this column is empty.
|The number of steps in the Training Plans. Usually, the number of steps indicates the number of learning paths in the Training Plan. Note: The value in this field is 0 for Training Plans created before April 2020.
|The number of steps that the user has completed.
