This article discusses the Learning Path Progress report. The reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.

Learning Path Progress Report
The Learning Path Progress report shows the learning paths that users have started. You can run the report to contain data for your entire company, for a particular team, or for a particular user.
The report contains a row for each time a user begins a learning path and contains the following columns:
Column | Description |
name |
The name of the user who began the learning path. Users may appear in multiple rows of this report if they have begun multiple learning paths. Users who have never started a learning path do not appear in the report. |
The email address of the user. |

join_date |
The date the user joined your Cloud Academy account. |
deletion_date |
The date the user account was deleted from your Cloud Academy account. If the user is still active, this column is empty. |
UID |
A unique identifier of the user. |
extnernal_sso_id |
If your account uses SSO, this field contains the permanent ID field that you mapped in your SSO settings. If your account does not use SSO, this column is blank. |
content_type |
This column always contains Learning Path in this report. |
content_title |
The name of the learning path that the user began. |
last_active_major_version_id |
A unique identifier of the most recent version of the learning path. |
user_id |
[deprecated] A numeric user ID. This column is no longer supported and is planned for removal from the report. |
object_id |
A unique identifier of the learning path. |
entity_steps_count |
The number of steps in the learning path. Usually this is the number of courses and exams in the learning path. |
progress |
The user's percentage completion of the learning path, including partial steps. |
passed_with_exam |
An indicator of whether the user completed all the content items in the learning path before passing the assessments.

completed_steps_count |
The number of learning path steps the user has completed. |
first_activity_date |
The date the user began progress on this learning path. |
last_activity_date |
The most recent date the user was active on this learning path. If the user has not started the learning path, this column is empty. |
