This article relates to Training Plans assigned to a team or an individual member by an administrator in an enterprise account. Individual enterprise members and users of personal accounts should refer to Assigning Yourself a Training Plan.
By default, Training Plans send email reminders called nudges. The nudges go to people who are assigned the training plan when they get behind schedule in completing the Training Plan content. Administrators or the team leader can turn off email nudges by following these steps:
- Open the Training Plan where you want to turn off the nudges.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Settings tab.
- Click Disable next to Send nudges automatically.
