Buying a Card
How much does a gift card cost?
You purchase the gift card for a certain subscription length and pay the amount that length of subscription costs at the time. For example, if you buy a 3-month subscription gift card, you pay the amount that three months of a monthly subscription would cost.
Does the gift card expire?
No, the gift cards do not expire. You can wait to start your subscription until you're ready.
Can I purchase multiple gift cards? For example, could I buy several gift cards and give them to new hires on my team throughout the year?
Yes, you can purchase as many gift cards for as many recipients as you like.
Can I buy a gift card for someone even if I don’t have their email address?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card, print it out, and give it to them personally.
Can my gift card purchase be refunded?
Within thirty (30) days of purchase, you may request a refund for unused gift cards by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Redeeming the Gift Card
What happens if subscription prices go up after I buy the gift card?
If you hold on to your gift card for so long that subscription prices increase before you use it, then you'll just need to pay the difference when you activate the subscription.
Why do I have to put in a credit card number to redeem a gift card?
The credit card simply verifies your identity and helps us prevent abuse of our system. By default, your card will not be charged. You don't have to do anything special to cancel the subscription.
What happens after the gift subscription expires?
When the gift period ends, the subscription ends automatically, and the card on file is not charged. If you want to extend your subscription, you can choose to enable automatic renewal or restart the subscription from your dashboard, but by default, the subscription simply ends on its own.
Can existing customers purchase or redeem a gift card?
