This article discusses the Members report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.
This article contains the following sections:
Members Report
The Members report lists the members in your account along with information about each member.
The report contains a row per license assigned. Note: This report may includes expired licenses. If a user's license expired previously and you renewed it, then the same user may appear in multiple rows with a different join date.
This report contains the following columns:
| Column | Description |
| User id | The unique identifier of the user. You might use this value to identify the user while using the API. |

The email address of the user. |

| External SSO Id | If you have SSO enabled on your account, this is the unique user identifier that the SSO system uses. If you do not have SSO enabled on your account. this field is blank. |
| First name | The first name of the member. |
| Last name | The last name of the member. |
| Join date | The date and time the member joined your account. |
| Expires at | The date and time the user's license expires. If this field is blank, then the user's license does not expire. |
| Is Admin | Indicates whether the user has administrator privileges. Valid values are TRUE or FALSE. |
| Has content access | Indicates whether the user has access to content in the content library. Valid values are TRUE or FALSE. |
| Teams | A count of the number of teams that the user is a part of. The value in this field does not include the top-level organization as one of the teams. |
