This article discusses the Certification report. The Reports feature is available in enterprise accounts. Administrators, team managers, and stakeholders can access the Reports screen.
This article contains the following sections:
The Certification report lists all certifications your members have uploaded to the Certification tab on their dashboard, regardless of the provider of the certification. A member appears in multiple rows if they have uploaded more than one certification.
The report contains a row for each member for each certification. This report contains the following columns:
|User id||The unique identifier of the user. You might use this value to identify the user while using the API.|
|Full name||The full name of the member.|
The email address of the user.
|Provider name||The organization that offered the certification.|
|Certification name||The name of the certification.|
|Certification level||The level of the certification, if applicable.|
|Achievement date||The date the member received the certification.|
|Expiration date||The date the member's certification expires. If the certification does not expire, this field is empty.|
|Uploaded at||The date and time the member uploaded the certification to the certification dashboard.|
The status of the certification. Valid values are active and expired.
(As of 9 May 2022) If the member is assigned a job role, this is the title of the job role. If the member is not assigned a job role, this field is blank.
(As of 9 May 2022) If the member is assigned a job role that is part of a career path, this is the title of the associated career path. If the member is not assigned a job role, or if the job role is not part of a career path, this field is blank.
