You might already know that you can contact Cloud Academy's passionate customer support when you need help during a hands-on lab or if something isn't working right in your account. But did you know that we also have Learning Coaches who can help you with more general topics?
Meetings with Learning Coaches are available to current subscribers and free-trial users. This article gives you an idea of what you can expect when you meet with a Learning Coach and explains how to schedule a meeting.
Learning Coaches are a great resource. Learning Coaches talk with you about your interests, skills, and goals and offer advice on which training content to complete to get to where you want to go.
In addition to career advice, Learning Coaches can also answer questions about your subscription, prices, and promotions.
Note: The one thing Learning Coaches can't really help with is the technical issues that customer support specializes in. If you have a technical issue, make sure to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What a Learning Coach Session Is Like
Each session is 25 minutes long and takes place over a Zoom or Google Meet session. If you have particular questions in mind, feel free to bring those with you. Otherwise, the Learning Coach will guide you through topics such as:
- Your current level of cloud experience
- What you’re interested in learning about
- The goals that led you to sign up for a Cloud Academy subscription
You will leave the meeting with a personalized schedule and training plan for how to use Cloud Academy to help achieve your career goals.
