Your company might use multiple domains for your employees' email addresses. Cloud Academy depends on the email domains to know which account to authenticate an SSO user into. You can add all the email domains you use to your SSO configuration in Cloud Academy so that all your employees can log in to your Cloud Academy account, regardless of which email domain they have.
The Email domains field on the SSO configuration screen lets you enter as many domains as you need.
In this field you enter a domain, such as example.com, press the Enter key or space bar, and then enter the next domain. Repeat until you have added all the email domains you need.
An administrator of your account can access the screen where you add the email domains. See Setting Up Single Sign-on for full instructions on updating this field.
