The most common reported concern we receive from students are from those training while using a corporate network or via a VPN. These secure network connections can cause communication issues between you and the lab environment. When this happens, you won't be able to upload the template to the bucket.
If this occurs, I recommend trying the lab again using your home network or the bridge connection (if your organization has it enabled).
